Chicago XXVI was a live album with three new studio cuts. I contributed rhythm work to Mervyn Waren's production on "Higher", and helped out my friends Jason Scheff & Bill Champlin with the other. These guys are hilarious - I remember creating a "Signature Series" back in my Ensoniq days (and laughing 'til I cried with Peter Wolf!) How can you not get happy listening to Michael McDonald and Chicago brass! I remember having a never before seen Korg Trinity protoype at the time with no labels on the buttons! In fact, it may not have had buttons at all!
